• A keyless door code will be sent prior to check-in for easy, contactless access.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM (early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee upon request).
• Guests have full access to the home, pool, patio, and all shared outdoor spaces
Other things to note
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the pool deck.
• Booking occupant must be at least 24 years of age.
• No glass is allowed in or around the pool area.
• For your safety and convenience, the property is equipped with a camera located at the garage entrance. This allows us to assist with check-ins, monitor deliveries, and ensure the property remains secure. The camera records video and audio of the exterior area only and does not record inside the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
• Please keep the Wi-Fi Eero routers and modem plugged in at al times to maintain service for the garage door camera and other connected devices.
• Any damage caused by the guest or their guests during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.
